Is this an unusual cardio problem?

I hate it....lol.

It's really tough for me to start doing any cardio...the first 5 or 10 minutes are extremely BRUTAL....

If I can mentally get beyond this, the tide shifts and I start to feel really good about what I'm doing....

Anyone else experience this?

Any suggestions?
 
I did when i first started doing cardio again a few weeks ago, just got to stick with it and push through it. For the first week or so 20 minutes seemed killer, now Im doing no less than 30-45 minutes. Just keep doing it and it gets easier. Also switch it up if you can and do something like watch TV when you are doing it, it makes the time go by faster. I do the elliptical quite a bit and run a few days a week
