Is this a good first time cycle?

I have been:
Lifting for 2 years
Am 35 years old
weight 235
height 5-10
25% body fat(I know to high)
Bench 315
Squat 455
Body type-endomorph

This is my first cycle:
I am going to be doing 2 shots sust 250 on M and Th for weeks 1-8
25mg dbol weeks 1-3
25mg Nolvadex weeks 2-10

I want to ad as much muscle as possible and try to stay close to 235. I know I will gain some water weight. I plan on doing a cutting cycle around June 2006.

I also need to know what size pins do I need for my quads?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

At 25% i would drop the dbol...personally at 25% bf i would get your body fat down before considering a cycle...why is your BF so high? i ask because alot will say that you clearly know nothing about nutrition....if your that fat.

I agree with swordfish on dropping the bf before running gear.

Under 15% at a minimum - I would suggest closer to 10-12% to get good results otherwise your just gonna bloat and not see any definition.
 
i would get ur bf percentage down. firs do a good diet and mad cardio then go to some clen. hopefully in 6-8 months or so u can get your body fat at a constant and good percenage. . d bol def no good for ur blood pressre which is already not ideal at 25% bf

This is my diet. I keep track of it on this software I got 3 months ago.I have been on a 2,000 calorie diet with at least 200 grams protein a day and the smallest amount of carbs I can eat.(usually about 50-100gs). Fat acounts for whatever is left over. I guess it is atkins like. I have been doing this for about 2.5 months. I added walking on a high incline on the treadmill for 1 hour a day when I lift (except on leg day)this month. Lift 4 days on 1 off. I started taking creatine this month. I droped about 10 lbs so far on this program. I look much better and my pants fit much better. Although my body seems to have stopped losing weight and I have feel really weak at the gym. As a result I have lowered my weights alot and am doing higher reps.Should I lower my calories? I do not want to loose the muscle I built up and have my body fat percentage stay the same. What would you guys recomend I do to improve my diet and training without losing muscle?
 
You got some things to learn. First off.... Diet is key. Believe it or not but carbs are extremely important when it comes to dieting. Complex carbs are key. Search on google.com for "complex carbs". Take a look at them, find what ya like and add it to your diet. sweet potatoes, brown rice, rolled oats are great!
 
I would definitely put your calories at about 1000 under a day and go for 2lbs fat lost a week. Do that for 10 weeks and you should be around 215. Then at 215 you will be 15% BF and you can do your Sustanon 500mg/week for 8 weeks ( thats plenty for first cycle). You could get back to 235 pretty easy but you'd net 20lbs fat lost and 20 lbs muscle gained... thats a huuuuge difference.
