Breakfast

1 Serving OJ
1 Serving Milk
1 Bowl Total Cereal

Protein drink in water after my morning shower (15 mins after breakfast)

Lunch

Tuna Sandwich on wheat bread
Glass of OJ or Milk

Shake again after workout (17.5g protein per)

Dinner

Tuna again OR
White/Fried Rice with chicken in garlic sauce (chinese food is GOOD) with more milk/OJ

So that's my daily meal, I'm trying to lose BF more than gain mass so it's a minor amount but I get by with it, and have enough energy. I was wondering if Fried rice is okay to get, or should I just get white? Because I love chinese every night, and heard rice is a good source of carbs, and figured since it's CHICKEN it cant be too unhealthy, right?

no not if your goals are loose bf.

If you think your serious enough about being dedicated then I will help you if not I'm not going to waste my time...

PM me if interested.

*^only if serious...to get what your looking for doesn't come with bells and whistles.

its workable..to loose bf..u will have to do this:

1 Serving OJ - CUT OUT
1 Serving Milk -SKIM
1 Bowl Total Cereal -OATS
ADD:
Protein POWDER

SNACK: YOGHURT AND STRAWBERRIES/LOW GI FRUIT OR MIXED NUTS

Lunch

Tuna SALAD WITH OLIVE OIL/FLAXSEED OIL

Shake again after workout (17.5g protein per) - ADD CARBS

Dinner

SALMON/Tuna /CHICKEN W VEGIES

PRE-BED: COTTAGE CHEESE/TUNA/TURKEY ETC ETC

OJ is not good

you have lost fiber during the process
it has higher GI than the whole fruit
and some vitamines are destroyed (by oxydation)

When you are dieting "good carbs" are few and far between and you need a lot of protein. 1x your bodyweight in grams per day, minimum.

Chinese food is generally unhealthy if not home made. The sauces add a lot of calories and salt. I consider white rice an acceptable compromise but fried rice is no good.

I DO go out for Chinese food now and then but I consider it "cheat meal" because it isn't healthy....almost everything is breaded and covered in high-calorie sauces. Make it at home if you want it to be healthy (of course, it won't taste as good...nothing healthy does).
