just wondering if consuming to much oil daily is too much? Daily i strive for around a 1:1 mix of protein and fat, about 160 grams of fat and around 200 g's of protein. I try to get most of my fat thru udo's oil and olive oil along with some foods. I would say on average i have 4 tbsp's udo's oil and 3-4 tbsp's olive oil as well as 8 grams of salmon oil. Is this too much? I would like to add more protein but my daily calories wont limit. My BMR is 3240 and i try to keep my calories deficient around 2500, although i do stagger the number frequently so my body does not get use to the same thing day after day. Thnx for info bro's
