As far as I know its only if you use if for legal research and you would have to get a special pass.

I think you have to be fighting a case and you just put in a request for it, not necessarily good behavior, but if your causing trouble you can forget any special activities like that. Again, it would depend on the camp your at, theres allota differences.
And yeah if that guy really has 180 million waiting on him he's livin it up in there, gettin pussy, drugs, all kindsa shit. I think I'd do 10 for 180M, not just for 10M though.
