You guys cursed with receding hairlines would be better off investing your $$$ in hair implants than buying those sub par remedies for hair loss that don't necessarily work for everyone. The sooner you get it done, the less expensive it will be-and the results will be dramatic compared to drugs because they actually replant the hair from the back of your head in the front where you're losing it. Treatments are done outpatient, and you can actually go to work the next day. Some guys complain of headaches during the 1st few days of recovery, but IMHO it's a small price to pay to have a head of hair like you were 16 again.

Xandrox is minoxidil with azeleic acid in it, which is what I recommended to you before. It's cheaper just to buy generic minoxidil and then ad azeleic acid to it. Azeleic acid won't dissolve in just anything, but it will in minoxidil.

I don't know how much it is but the transplanted hair will not fall out because they generally take it from areas of the scalp that are not sensitive to dht and therefore do not fall out naturally.

No it won't fall back out. Guys thinnning on top only require 1-2 treatments. Guys that are completely bald on to or receding badly might need 4-5 treatments. Last time I checked treatments were around $1500 each. That's why the sooner you get a handle on it the better. Do a search on google for hair transplants in whatever state you live in. I imagine it's cheaper in states like AZ or CA where the treatments are more popular and pricing is more competitive. My friend looked like Bozo the clown and within a year he had perfect hair. It easily shaved 10 yrs off of his age-which was a BFD for him since he's 43 and his old lady is 25. Now he looks more like her boyfriend where before he looked more like her father.

If your genetically pre-disposed theres not much you can do.
