Is there a nice way to ask....

I appreciate the knowledge I've got from this site but sometimes it's just easier to talk to someone in person. There are so many opinions of what is good/bad or right/wrong that you can't help but feel you learned a little but are more confused than before.

Is there a nice way of asking someone if they juice? I'm not looking for sources, as I'll cross that bridge when I get there, but seems like a weird thing to start a conversation about.

Suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

If someone agrees use the PM feature of your account but, is recommended to post your questions in the open forum and read the answers,

At least you're not a moron. Not everybody wants to discuss personal aspects of their life like AAS use-especially when it may involve committing a crime that's a felony in many states. A lot of guys will take it as a compliment, but a lot will also think you're trying to find out if you got your bod "the easy way". Of course, that's a crock of shit-but the avg person thinks you can just take AAS and be built like a greek god overnight. So many people like to ask just so they can feel better about themselves-believing the only difference between the guys with the buffed bods and them is the AAS. You're probably better off asking these things online-your much less likely to get your ass kicked. Just my .02 cc's

How can potentially starting an argument and trying to ask all the questions that you need to ask and trying to remember everything that you wer told in a single conversation easir than just sitting in front of the computer screen. Pull up the EF site and you can read just about everything about every AAS in existance. You can re-read, you can cut/copy/paste all the info and study it later..
Again I ask, how can a face to face conversation be easier?

Would you go up to some random slut with huge tits and ask her if her tits are fake? A classless, socially illiterate, move like that is no different than asking some meathead whether he's natural or not.

I think guys that lack confidence being in the gym feel a sense of acceptance when one of the big guys confides in them and is truthful about their AAS use. Unfortunately, this is usually a rare occurence. I have guys I've seen in the gym for years still ask ask me if I'm natural or not once in awhile. I always say I'm natural-even though I know they know otherwise. I'd rather be called a liar than a felon by my own admission any day. I'm much more candid and honest behind the semi-anonymity of my 'puter persona though.

Seriously, if you're in a bar trying to score cocaine and you go around asking strangers about it all night people are bound to think you're a cop or a moron begging to get busted. Trying to do the same thing with roids in the gym is no different.

It all depends on the relationship. One of the trainers at my gym, the one I respect the most, came up to me one day and asked if I was on anything. I said "test and tren." His reply was "that's a good combination for you." End of discussion. He just wanted to know because he could see I was making progress much faster then before, it was my first cycle. I respected him so I told him. He never gave me any shit about it and I suspect that he has used in the past himself.

But the main point is there was a level of respect between us before the subject came up. And you don't build respect by taking spinning classes and posing in the mirror.

Thanks for asking the question! I am in the same boat but I am female so kind of makes it harder. Not taken very seriously. I have a lot of questions before starting a cycle but hesitant to start asking.

Hopefully he's not one of those busybody trainers that's gonna run his mouth to the whole gym about what you told him that you were on. Next thing ya know every skidmark in the gym will be asking you to score AAS for them-including the undercover LE that may be training there.

Thanks for all the advise. From a person standpoint there's something to be said about looking a person in the eye shaking their hand and having a conversation but what you've said is true. I'll just keep learing here and it will come in time.

I'm just finishing up a cycle of Halodrol-50 from Gaspari Nutrition. I really liked the results. I put on about 10 lbs of lean mass and cut my BF a little as well. I was taking some other OTC's so I can't say it all came from the Halodrol but nevertheless I'm happy with the results.

Thanks again for the info. I'll read some more and perhaps come back with a new thread.
