I'm 27, I've never Juiced. I currently weight 141. My best bench ever was 3 years ago right before I quit working out. I did 250. Maybe not too high to you, but considering I only weighted 145 at the time, I'd say it was pretty damned good. I don't see you lifting 105 lbs over your body weight at the moment, but then, I'm sure you'd like to think so.

As for my max now, I don't know. Since starting back I've gone from doing 135 x 6 to 165 x 6, and have gained about 12 lbs. I know I can do at least 205 because I tried it, but not sure how much higher I can go. I'm not really interested in going for a Max right now anyways, I'll worry about that down the road.

At any rate, I'd say doing 24 lbs over your weight for multiple reps isn't too bad.

Continue talking out of your ass though and looking like you have any sort of fucking clue about anything. Who cares if you say you're more dedicated. You look like the god damned Pillsbury dough boy.

Oh, I forgot that 1 inch makes all the difference. No, not really. But keep deluding yourself into thinking so.
