Is the Intelli Optical Mouse worth it?

Hey bros, i was thinking of buying the Intelli Optical Mouse from Microsoft. It's $ 60.00, can you tell if it is worth buying. I want to know if the mouse works well in video games like, Counter Strike, Unreal Tournament, etc. Also what surface works best with the mouse. Thanks

Not sure of the Optical mouse by them

but I have one of those laser mouses that came with my HP computer and it's smooth as can be. I'll never go back to a mouse with a ball

me and dread lord both have the microsoft optical mouse

i think its bad ass, but thats just my opinion
i would recommend it.

There are cheaper models, I think MS has three optical models. Mine is the mid model, cost me 30-40 bucks. If you do graphic design don't get it, it doesn't have very minute precision. Some people have said they don't like them in games either, I've never had a problem however, used to own in Counter Strike. As for surfaces, the desktop works very well, no need for a mouse pad. Just about anything that isn't reflective, metallic, heavily polished, etc should work fine. Is it worth getting? Well it is pretty cool, no cleaning of the ball, but what got me is how smooth it was since it doesn't have a ball. The scroll mouse is also very good, I have had mine for around a year and the grooves on it have not worn down, unlike my old MS non optical mouse.

If you want to get more headshots, its great because I think its more accurate than a roller ball
