This guy isn't strange, he's full-on whackjob. In the article he went on the Coast2Coast AM Radio show (A T-boy fav.) to profess that the Yakuza bought a Russion EM wave generator and created Katrina to make up for Hiroshima. Now he quit his job as a TV Weatherman to pursue this theory.
