ECY stacks? I know it is needed for Clen. But for ECY stacks too?
Taurine helps regulate heart beat. :Chef: :tuc:

So does that mean yes or no?

I mean...it seems like a yes. But I never read about bros using Taurine with ECY. Only with Clen. That is why I ask this question.

it also gets rid of cramps during excericise
and helps with osmotic regulation within cells

Yeah but you would have to do some serious training in order to dehydrate like that and get cramps don't you think?

I get cramps a lot on Ephedrine and Caffeine. I don't see why following the same regimen that you follow with Clen wouldn't be a good idea.

its cheap and its effective. There is no reason NOT to use it and a lot of reasons to use it.

Yeah but doesn't the body already have an over abundence of it? And its already in protein powders.

Carth! You can break that down quicker than you think, esp during the hot summer months.

Macro said it best!

yes but like all things consumption over time leads to NET results

not only does taurine seem to have acute benifits ( results right away)

but the Cumulitave benifits are very noteworthy

the Body has an "abundance" of many elements including amino acids

but like all things themore your consume, the more available it will be for us while at exercise or at rest

which leads to more NET gains........

I get cramps in my traps very often (when using them, of course, such as dips or shrugs) and it's getting to the point where I'd like to take care of it. I've had this problem my whole life. I already supplement with potassium, think I should throw some taurine in the mix to try and get rid of this problem?

Yes that & lots of water!

Oh, I do drink tons of water. Sometimes more than I should. I have this weird deal where I like to have a full-feeling stomach all the time, so I'm always drinking water and when I'm not, I'm probably taking a leak.
