I used liquid clen for about 6 weeks...
took a week off.. i just started on Xenadrine and clen..been on since last monday.
In this time ive lost about 40 pounds.. got ripped as shit./. never though i would b able t see abs on my body..
but i dont feel ne thing after taking the pills, or the clen no jitters nothing.. for example.. ive takin 4 cc of clen..then fallen asleep...
and today i took zenadrine then fell asleep for 2 hours..
do u think these things are working for me or its my diet and training? or both.. is it bad that i dont feel ne thing??
and the thing is.. When i was in the high 190's 200 range.. in wresling season... on nothing,,, i was training more.. morning runs, lifts, afternoon practice for 2-3 hours a day, matches whatever,,, and my diet was barley diffrent.. the only diffrence i was eating more bread.. and having like 2 cheat meals a week....
now i train bjj 4 times a week...
just started kickboxing twice a week
2 cardio sessions
4 liftin sessions
and im ripping up..i cant complain...
im eating smaller meals more vedgetables..watching my carbs a lil better../eating more fat, more protien. ive been cheatine 1 time a week, and 2 times every 5 weeks
and ive been breaking strength marks that i had when weighing 40 pounds heavier, and just lifting.
I couldent be happier, but even if im not feeling ne thing..the fat burners must be working..correct?
