Females are the gatekeepers who decide whether to mate or not (or their hormones do).

Comparing a guy who'll screw anything to a woman who'll screw anything is unfair. It's more like comparing a guy who has no desire or capacity to mate to a woman who'll screw anything -- which one of that pair would be more ostracized?
