yeah, it is amphetamine and a controlled substance. it cannot be legally imported without a script. Modafinil is not a controlled substance though, falling into the same category as SRIs (legal to import w/o script).

I see you are in Canada so I dont know the laws there. But in the US, adderal and ritalin are CII controlled substances. The highest control for a substance with a DEA/FDA acepted medical use. It has to have forms filled out in triplicate and cannot have refills. It can not be called in without follow up paper work in 5 days. also only one month can be dispensed at a time. It is a felony to possess w/o a script. It is in the same control class as morphine,oxycontin, and pharmaceutical cocaine.

i used to take adderall (never used ritalin but heard its worse) felt gravy as hell for about 2 days, never in a better mood, but after this is when the sides kick in, sleeplessness, irritability, loss of apietite, wieght loss, sexual side effects, I would not take them due to the sides but would sell them and have people coming up like phines wanting more. real bad stuff be careful

BigAndy, they are illegal without a prescription, but i doubt you'd get in a lot of trouble if caught with them, just try and keep them in a bottle that has the proper prescription label on it if possible. An adderall is a great pre-workout stimulant people!!!

Modafinil is a controlled substance, schedule 4, so if you don't have a prescription, importing from an overseas source into the US is illegal. However, I don't know how the rules are for someone who has a prescription from their doctor; they may not be any different.

dude, 3 of my roommates get that shit from their docs like candy. We have SOOOO much aderol here, it's for ADD and shit. Once they progressed beyond the teenage yrs the docs give it instead of ritalin.
