Is only whey a good choice?

Hello, im new here and i´ve just bought a 5lbs ON whey protein, and i want to know if i can take it like twice a day (post workout and before sleeping) or is there a better choice of protein before sleeping?
 
the best protein to eat before sleeping is a slow releasing protein like casein or cottage cheese. why up waking up and after working out is the only two times i use it.

Hydrolized post and during workout
Whey conncentrate as filler
Caseinate before bed
 
So in the morning and post workout - whey
Before bed some slow releasing protein - wut about a blend of proteins?
 
It's always a good idea to get at least a blend of 2 proteins every time of the day except post workout, where wheys quickness is preferred.

Cows milk protein is 80% casein and 20% whey, but unfortunitely 60% of cows milk total(skim) calories are sugar.
