Nope, I had to stop some of my workouts though cause my heart started to flutter and stuff....

The body can take a lot more than people think...

If you had any idea about the substances I have put in my body you would shit..

I crushed up valium, and versed and mixed it with clorox once and shot it in my arm.....

I passed out and fell through the table but I lived... My arm was all blue and shit for like three days and I thought I was going to have to get it hacked off but it went away...

I am better now, for the most part though.

Apparently, there are a few different ways. It's getting harder and harder to find ephedrine here in Arkansas, and they have laws that limit how much you can buy at a time. Crank is a big thing down here.

It was mostly just to push my body and see what it could endure. I was also fairly upset at the time so I was indifferent to whether it killed me or not..

I wouldnt advise the Clorox part but the Versed was YUMMY.
