Ive always had great results with biomex gear and never had pain afterwards and ive used quite a bit of their stuff before so thats kinda of wierd your getting pain that bad...

might try taking my GG before class starts at 1. Afraird that might be too early considering I hit the weights a little after 2 with my stretching and such. Can only experiment and find out

Side: weighed in at 183 this morning *jaw drops* Must be some water weight and stuff. I was 175 about 5 days ago. Will start updating my macro intake and weights on a daily basis if possible. And I did take measurements several days ago. Keep forgetting to post them
