I bbqed it Thursday night. It's now Tuesday. Can i still eat it without getting mad gt disease?

In my opinion, if you kept it consistently refrigerated and sealed well, it is fine. I have waited a week.

Don't take my word on it, and it's better to freeze it if you are gonig to wait that long.

Yeah, I know. I didn't intend for it to sit this long. But it is sealed up and has been refridgerated. I'd hate to throw it out. It's one of the few LBs I've been able to bbq well.

Yes, your steak is most likely fine. All you have to do is smell it. Unless it smells really bad, fire up the grill and cook that bad boy.
