Is my diet as important

Hi guys I was wondering is what I eat as important training on a cycle . As if I wasn't on a cycle.



I'm 32 aprox 78kg..5'8 wiv a bit if gut. 32 waist. No abs showing

I currently have breakfast in morning cereal normally wiv a shake .. 6am

During the day I'll eat 2 half chicking breast wiv a shake .

Then I'll have a meal before and after training . Normally chicking n veg or but if fish plus shake again .. Then a snack before bed

.. Any help would b good
 
It doesn't look like ur eating enough. Have you worked out how many calories you are taking in? I'd add up ur cals from chicken, veggies, shakes, etc and see what the total is. If those shakes are big it might be enough for maintenance but not to grow. I'd guess u should be around 2500 for maint based 175 lb body weight.

If you do not eat for your goal, you will get nothing out of the cycle. Steroids are completely worthless without the diet to support it. Muscle is built from food, not AAS. If there is not enough food there, your body will not build muscle....period.

You sound like you lack experience which is another reason to stay away from anabolics.
 
I'm seeing an awful lot of shakes, and not a whole lot of food. How are you building any muscle on or off cycle without eating? Like others have mentioned...figure out your macros in accordance to gain/loss, and what you want, and then...implement it!

Banana at 8
Chicken breast at 9 30

Tuna sandwich at 11

Chicken breast at 2

Shake in between .
Meal at 5 chicken potato n veg

Train
Shake

Meal fish or chicken n veg bout 8

Snak

Then bed
 
I tell you what has made a huge difference for me in my diet i use at work. I bring a dozen hard boiled eggs every night, no need to heat or cook, just peel and eat. And i also eat 2 helpings of greek yogurt also. Easy protein and also a good source.

First off, what are your goals? Are you trying to gain or lose?

Second, I'll ask the same question I ask everyone else when it comes to diet. What are your daily macros? What is the caloric number? Protein? Fat? Carbs?

^^on that last note, I find that most people are just guesstimating, and by doing so, are doing yourself a great disservice. If you have a specific goal in mind, you train in accordance with that goal right? Well, you must eat in accordance with it as well.^^
 
Well I'm to put lean weight in 2 stone would b nice . I think I'm surpose to eat about 3500 kcal a day , 350 pro and 280 carbs if I'm right.

Determine what maintenance is, and then eat 500cal over that.

Remember that...

Protein- 7cal = 1gram
Fat- 4cal = 1gram
Carbs- 4cal = 1gram

So if 3,500cal is goal...
@ 50%P, 20%F, 30%C
250g P, 100g F, 150C

^^that' just an example of how to do a breakdown and track your exact figures.^^

Adjust each value to align with your goals.
 
Can entwine recommend a good site that I can find out what's in what food .. Kcal , carbs fat etc..

As finding it hard to source high protein food with low carbs With high kcal . Apart from my chicken .
 
Also is ok to drop the big mac in to get my kcal or will that just fuvk all the hard work I been doing .. The last month not had any fried food . Crisps or chocolate . And only drank once. Just find it really hard to hit my 3500 kcal a day with out eating junk

Don't complicate it man.

Protein- Chicken, Fish, Beef, Eggs, Greek Yogurt

Carbs- Green veggies, sweet potatoes, oats, brown rice, bananas

Fats- Peanut butter (also fulfills protein requirements), olive oil, nuts, soy milk, tofu

Do not fill your calories with garbage! It defeats the purpose. Don't let anyone tell you different.

You need to eat more meals through the day. Eat breakfast. Have a couple eggs and some oatmeal.

Then have a snack before lunch. Have some Greek yogurt and a banana.

Lunch is next... Pick a protein, a carb, and add some veggies.

Then, snack. A couple tablespoons of peanut butter on some celery or something like that. Maybe some more Greek yogurt.

Guess what...time to eat again! Dinner...Protein, carb, add some veggies.

Then...eat another small meal. Have some protein, and maybe drop the carbs, maybe not. Depends where you are with your numbers. You do want carbs bro. You need fuel. Especially if you want to put on some weight. Don't go overboard with the carbs, but you need em.

Then...right before bed. Eat either some cottage cheese or Greek yogurt to get a slow burning protein in you so your body can repair while you sleep.

Make sure you write every single thing down in a notebook. Don't guess. You will hit your numbers if you do. And if you hit your numbers, you get results. This takes work. Eating is a full time job sometimes for me. It's a pain in the ass, but I have goals in mind.

And as for a site...do some googling. It isn't hard. Good luck & hard work.
 
I'm trying to gain lean muscle weight . Don't just want ti get fat . I've always struggled ti get above 78kg . And I don't have a flat stomach
