a higher volume program would take better advantage of the juice. alot of sets will increase sensitivity of androgen receptors in the trained muscle. when natural i never got gains off high volume programs (i did grow off max OT and powerlifting programs though)...for me at least it is the total opposite when training enhanced. In fact I deliberately work towards doing more reps and more sets when on instead of focusing solely on increasing poundage, as with the max-ot program. this is because my strength levels will go up so fast that deliberately training super-heavy every workout quickly leads to injury (I learned this my first cycle).
