do u guys think, it's worth running a winny only cycle for a first cycle?
should i add prop or eq to it? my main goal is cutting, i;m down to 6 percent and i can't get any lower. my diet and training are good, but it seems i've reached a plateau.
this will be my first cycle, i'm not looking for that much size maybe 5lbs but definetly wanna get down my bf as low as i can get.(still retaining fat around my chest and lower abs and back). i've been using yohimburn, i've seen a slight reduction in my lower ab area.
