Is it worth it to front load?

Zyg is the man. He has several charts in the archives that him and Andy13 have gone over frontloading many times. IMHO frontloading worked great for me. It hit me harder and faster the time I did it.

zyglamail is pointing out something that alot of people aren't seeming to grasp. Most of the theories about using AAS are based on maximum risk/benifit ratio and are not concerned with someone who has a fixed amount of gear. I would always frontload Equipoise and Sustanon.

On the math that I did for sust, I figured the best dose to frontload sust was 1.5x normal dose as opposed to the 2x normal dose for stuff like enth, cyp, deca. You can still 2x it if you like because the average half life of all the esters still ends up being about the same as cyp. Its definatly not an exact science.

PART of the purpose to frontload long esters is so that you dont have to cycle as long. With that in mind you pull the gear you would have used during the last 2 weeks and add it to the first 2 weeks so the end result is the same amount of gear used, even if gains arent greater, your done with a cycle 2 weeks earlier, which for most equals faster recovery.

True, but still there are people out there who frontload and run their cycle for the same amount of time. Thus using more gear than they normally would. Im not saying this is the way it should be done, but it happens.

And these are the same people who simply skimmed much of what Andy and I stated way back when, took out the parts they liked (ie understood) and went from there. More is better or so they claim. Then of course there is the detractors who also do the same and in turn try and pick the theory apart by using half of the information etc. Each to their own, I gave up trying to explaine this a long time ago since so many people here have blinders on.
