Is It True That Eca Is Anti-catabolic

I dont see how an ECA can be anti-catabolic. Ive taken ECA stacks before and I swear i lost a ton of muscle.

If you want an anti-catabolic metabolism stimulant, then go with clen. That is anti-catabolic.

C'mon people....haven't you read the Hydroxycut ad's? It helps you to burn fat, gain muscle, develop striations, become better looking, make your dick bigger, get a better job and all that other crap! Just look at the pictures...eca is the next best thing besides sliced bread...hehe

look what it says before the word "catabolic" it says "ANTI" which means to stop no more and so on.....so it STOPs you from loosing muscle......

I've lost a ton of muscles too while just on ECA.
It's a fact that drugs like ephedrine,caffeine ecc makes muscles resistent to insulin action.
I guss this is the cause of muscle loss.

eca is good for losing fat and building lean muscle mass...train good and eat good on it...also if you go on a low cal diet and take eca it well help..because you wont lose muscle....it well stop that...

and to the guys saying they lost muscle you guys lost fat..NOT muscle...
