is it to late to begin lifting at 26

I'm a girl as you know.... but I have 2 cents to put in...... I started training 3 years ago with Musclehed275.... I weighed 132 lbs... 18% BF and looked like skin and bones...lol The first 3 months that I trained I put on 30 lbs of muscle.... and that was keeping my BF% the same.... I'm now 33 years old and I weigh 178lbs.... BF% is roughly 23%? I think.... And I think that I'm strong as hell!!!

Soooo Hell no its not to late.....

It is too late for you to bang 17 year olds ( there are laws), but other than that ....If you have the feeling you are going to regret not doing something, do it!
Start lifting And Good Luck.

ZAAAAAHH???? I don't know how one could not start lifting much, much earlier... just think of all the years of potential energy you have built up!!! ;)

And just think, if you've started off at a good pace, you'll have started INJURY FREE at age 28!!! Man, what I wouldn't GIVE to be injury free...

I started at 25 at a weight of about 218 3yrs later I'm at 258 (plan on hitting 270 within the next 6 weeks). Bottom line, it's never too late, I've know guys that started in their mid to late 30's & look 100% better than when they started. Of course as the years go on, there's always HGH! :D

Vince Taylor started lifting at 27. Nothing wrong with that. Some people go to college in their sixties and older.
