Is it time for clen? or DNP?

i have tried ripped fuel but it seemed like i lost everything instead of just fat, i tried yohimburn and didnt see any noticeable fat loss, my next options are clen/t3 or dnp, my question is which would you first try?, i have read clens faq's and it seems less harmful than t3 or dnp but does that mean its less effective?I haveread a bit about DNP but it seems a bit harsh for a semi-lean guy i am 6ft 200lbs with love handles nothing serious though what are my options? keep in mind that i know cardio on a empty stomach and a good diet are the key componets to acheiving my goals but like building muscle i need a "enhanced" way of doing this..any ideas?
 
Since no one is replying I'll try and help you out.

I have never used clen or t3 so I'm not sure how effective they are but I have used DNP and I know it works wonders. I'm a huge fan of the stuff and would recommend it to anyone that is willing to put in the hours of research that is required.

If diet/exercise isn't doing the trick then you should definatly look into dnp.

I would try low carb, liquidex, ECA or NYC and maybe some clen. I wouldn't do DNP before giving a solid effort at those for a month. DNP can be very dangerous but very helpful in eliminating some bodyfat. I wouldnt do t3 if your not on any sauce.
 
I'd go with T3 and clen if I were you. But, like you know, your diet and cardio is the key to losing fat. Those sups will only aid you.

Use T3 like this:

Days 1-5 = 1 tab per day
Days 6-10 = 2 tabs per day
Days 11-15 = 3 tabs per day
Days 16-20 = 4 tabs per day
Days 21-25 = 4 tabs per day
Days 26-30 = 3 tabs per day
Days 31-35 = 2 tabs per day
Days 36-40 = 1 tab per day


Use the clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. On the off weeks use ECA. Start out taking 4 tabs of clen per day. If you tolerate it well move up to 6.
 
i would do DNP..i have not used it, but from reading all the posts on it..if done right it seems to be the best. this is what i plan on doing with my DNP(powder) next week:
day 1-4 = 200mg
days 5-8 = 400mg
days 9, 10 = 600mg (only if 400 doesnt hit me that hard)


i have done clen and i didnt like it all, i was taking good quality shit ..spiropent , i went all the way up to 160mcg , and did not notice any additional fatloss ,all it did was make me shake like crazy, and t3 made me feel like absolute shit once i went over 50 mcg, and the fatloss was nothing to brag about.
