If you tell me the country I may be able to help. Schering produces primom in more than one country

First off I'm assuming you have 100 mg/ml. If it's 50 mg it's probably Mexican and can't be Italian. The 100mg could be Italian but more than likely it's either Spanish or Greek. The Spanish amps, which is the most readily available in the states are clear with a paper label. They have 3 rings on the ampule tip (1 yellow and 2 red). It also has a blue dot on the tip. The old Spanish amps are brown. There's more fakes of these/

The greek amps are brown with green lettering printed on. THE WRITING CAN'T BE SMUDGED

Schering produces amps that are the same size as well as the same oil level. This is important as fakes usaully have different levels of oil and the amps aren't consistent.
