is it practically possible to use sustanon forever!

saw an article telling that one can use sustanon in 100mg/14days doses and this way one can continue using sustanon forever! and the logic behind this they say is that using this dose the natural testosteron production does not shutdown and will work combined with the injected testosteron dose.can some1 tell me is this practically possible and if not then y?i m also posting the link of that particular webage
