I take HCG periodocally throughout a cycle... every 4-8 weeks. I've been on a year and a half now... no problems at all and the nuggies still function.
I think that HCG will keep you testicals functioning but more important than that to me is that my body still produce it's own test so when I get off a cycle I don't have that down time while my own test production starts to get back online. If you are only worried about your ball size than HCG or even clomid during your cycle will probably work. I'll bump for other more knowledgable posts.

HCG will shock the testicles into producing endogenous test for a short period of time. But that is the only way to keep any testicular function during a cycle (and it is only temporary). Clomid will not help you...
Hcg taken for 3 weeks @ 500 IU eod (for a total for 5000 IU) will work well. Run a low dose nolva or liquidex while using Hcg if you are not already doing so to avoid gyno. If taken for short peiords of time such as 3 weeks you don't run the risk of desensitizing the LH. Make sure you take 4 weeks in between Hcg "cycles" to avoid any problems. There is nothing else that I know of that will help.
