is it possible for high test levels to decrease after 2 weeks

on my last cycle 3 months go , i stopped about 2.5weeks b4 blood test, teste and eq, is it possible that the superphysiological levels of test returned back to normal range range after 2.5 weeks of stopping the gear? it came back around 350ng/dl , is that possible for it to be that range after 2.5 weeks or usually would take longer?
ps: i was on for about 7 months and im recovered according to blood test
