Is it ok to have two cheat days on the weekend if I'm staying below 60 carbs M-F. Also, I plan on really carbing up on sat. and moderate 200-250 carbs on sunday.
 
i dunno it depends on how much u want to loose and how bad you want to get carried away, but its good if "REFEED" as many of the people on the boards like to call it......me personally i can care less for a refeed i wait every 2weeks for a cheat and make it a moderate cheat day
 
A weekly cheat day is a good idea to decrease cravings. I did two weeks low carbs under 15g, had my cheat days, but found it harder to get back to the lower carbs. Once a week sounds like a better plan. Trial and error as always.
 
In a word....YES. The key to these weekend refeeds is keeping fat intake VERY LOW and carbs VERY HIGH. Thus, pizza and ice cream are not ideal for refeeds, but lots of pasta, cereal, pancakes and syru are some high carb/low fat treats you can have.......remember though that you need to keep your calories at 20-50% above maintainence..........that's not diet cals, that maintainence cals.......if you can maintain your body weight at 3000 cals, diet at 2000 cals, keep your refeed cals higher than 3000...i personally refed with nearly 5,000 cals at a bodyweight of 162 when dieting 5 days a week with 2000 cals.
