Is it normal to not shit on Keto diet

Well, carbs produce more waste. Fat and protein is digested and absorbed very completely, so there is less shit from it. However, if it has been a while, you should eat a lot of fiber. If you don't, you might be pissed off at yourself. It can take a while for your intestines to get back in order.

I agree. That's a long time. I could see a day or so adjustment period maybe, but not that long. How's your water intake?

Yep, this stuff will do the trick. You will still notice alot less...umm..."output".

Eat a cup or two of brocolli a day. It won't push you over your carb limit and it's fairly fibrous.

On high fat high protein no to low carb diets, your body process's almost all of the food you eat hence no large Dumps. When I do diets like this, I take Sugar Free citrucel 2 scoops a day. Or I take the pills, Sugar free orange citrucel taste pretty good, and makes crappy vanilla protein drinks taste great.

You need fiber for a ton of various functions in the body, but without it when you finally do take a shit, Be ready for some pain.

I believe your fats are too low for that sort of diet - this may not be the cause of your problem but are you sure you are in ketosis?
 
I agree with velvett......Way too low on the fat.

Eat at least 1/2-1 lb of steak a day and you should get to where you need to be. If you are taking in 40-50g a day of fat and very high protein I am guessing a lot of the pro it coming from shakes. Substitute 1/2 lb of steak for a shake or something along those lines. Throw some Mayo in with the Tuna, cook some eggs with olive oil. Many ways to add fat....you just need a little more and maybe a little less protein. Looking at your diet I don't think you are in Ketosis either.

The reason you are not shitting is because you aren't taking in enough calories is my guess. How many calories are you taking in??

As for how often? I am on a strict Keto right now with a refeed day every 6 days or so. I can go 2 days without hitting the throne, but the day after my refeed I am there A LOT. Mine was yesterday and I have gone maybe 5 times today. Not bad though like someone mentioned earlier. Maybe I took in too much fiber with all my carbs yesterday. My body is used to maybe 30g of carbs a day with about 10 of those coming from fiber. On my refeeds I eat a high Fiber cereal 2 times which will acount for about 39g of fiber and some fiber in other things as well.

Let us see your meal breakdown as well as how many cals you eat and stats and we might be able to get you regular again. I hate the shits after 2 days on high protein. Can you say BRICKS!!!!
 
Also, with 50g of fat and 30g of carbs that is only 570 cals. Unless you are 150 lbs you have to be taking in close to 250g of protein which is way too much in a keto diet, and that is just to get to 10x bw which is too low. You will lose weight, but a lot will be muscle.

ketosis is maintained by limiting the amount of glucose in the blood. Fats can indeed be very low. It is possible to prevent ketosis by taking in too much protein, however.
 
A TBS of Metamusil a day make you shit on regular basis.

Before I began to take that, I was shitting like once a week, now, it's every two days.
