Is it legal to obtain diuretics via mail order?

i think its safer to get non controlled substances via overseas because if they bust a domestic guy and see your address there not gona know you bought a non controlled item theyl think u bought other stuff and go after you if its over seas theyl jes confiscate it. do u think its better to order from a overseas dealer of pharmacy?

I think that you're always better off finding a domestic source for your meds.

with non controlled or scheduled meds overseas is fine.

for controlled or scheduled domestic is preferable though overseas can be as good with lower prices... it really depends on "the business"

im not talking price wise im talkign of legal wise im sayign foreign is safer cause u order clomiddomestic if he gest poped they see ur addy they think u bought as or somethign else with foreign worse comesto worseu loose money

any med that is not prescribed by a doctor is illegal regardless of the amounts

not true a law was passed that a overseas med under 90 days is legal to buy without a script

A new bill was recently passed by Congress that amends a portion of the Controlled Substances Act (21USC956(a)). This amendment allows a United States resident to import up to 50 dosage units of a controlled medication without a valid prescription at an international land border. That's right off Customs website. This does not apply to mail order.

Read up on my previous post. Bottom line is they can seize anything they want, but the odds are with you it won't happen.
