We now all take juice
:D

There are also a lot of other forum on the same topics

but people will come back :)

This is the hardest time of year for supplement manufacturers & distributors. Sales seem to plummet and interest fades.

In perspective, besides some pro hormones, is there really anything out there that's close to ground breaking? Most new developments have been shams and it appears as though all the supplement companies are producing "me too" products.

yea i lost interest in the supplement board, i know all about protein and creatine and vitamins, all the other stuff ill read about occasionaly but id rather spend 200bucks on juice then 200bucks on supplements i dont know will work

It has slown down alot. I used to be huge into sups. After a while most people find out what works and what is shit, and who really wants to get into an pravocative disscussion about vitamin e and calcium or etc. There has not been a whole lot of new sups in a while, and the new ones are shit anyway.

You can allways learn somthing new. maybe we should be a little more proactive about e and calcium...........I mean hell, have you read the calcium factor. good info

It wouldn't be a bad idea to make a sticky with a supplement glossary for newbies, either. I recently introduced someone to the boards who's interested in starting up a lifting regimen (you lurking, sweets?), doesn't know too much about supplements other than Myoplex, and I think that people like him could benefit from such a glossary. We all have to start somewhere. ;)

I'm thinking of something in depth about vitamins, minerals, nootropics & neurotransmitters (DMAE and 5-HTP, for example), protein types, why to "supplement" in the first place, etc.

Please tell us more about nootropics & neurotransmitters :)
