Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below .......I'm not really consistent with my armidex dosages. I mean I deffiantly stay on the greater side then the lesser. I was taking 1mg ed, but heard by taking that much armidex could be bad for your cholestrol, so I decreased my amount a little. I don't really have a set schedule for them. I mean I'll take like 1mg one day, then another 1mg the next day, and then one day off. It's not always like this. I would like to continue taking 1mg ed, if thats OK. I'm running 500mg Enathate and I get EXTREMELY bloated. Basically is it true 1mg armidex ed is bad for you??

I would just take .5 mg eod and get yourself a calendar to keep the dosing correct. The half-life of Arimidex is like 50 hours so evey other day is fine.

if youre having probs with the liquidex, next time try femara eod, its got a long enough half life that even if you forget a day, dose the day affter and youre good. gives smoother results too, not bloat/lean/bloat/lean
