Is it against the TOS to have an alter??

I'm seeing alters flourishing at this site, yet my own non-harmful alter is not allowed to post or recieve pm's, what gives?
can some peeps have alters and others can't?

Many reasons for that, the most common being inactivity of your other account. But no, there's no rule against alters unless they break the TOS or if I find them too geigh for this site. Look at CC, she had one at least and she's still alive...
