Make sure hit deep enough so that you'll get past the stomach lining. You'll get 20% better absorption if you shoot your protein this way. You might have to use an 18 gauge though.

your abs muscle is 0.5-1.0 inch tick

Mine is 0.7 inch and some have thicker abs i am very sure.
So you can get it into the muscle, but why would you do that. There is no point in it.
