27 years old, 6'1" 212lbs probably 18-20%bf
Lift MWFS cardio 3 times a week min.
I'm not a novice to using gear, but I am to HGH.
I have read and know guys that have head terrific results from using it either in a cycle or as a bridge.My primary goal is to get lean. Not small mind you, just lean. I would like to add on a little muscle mass while I do this, but if its only minimal muscle gains, I can deal with that as long as I can shed the bulk of this bf. My current cycle has given me enough size to content me.
I'm not sure which to use it as...get my gear now and bridge off the sust/deca/winny cycle I'm halfway through, or take a rest so my body can reset and use it as my next cycle this summer. Any remarks would be appreciated on this...
Also, and this may sound stupid, but how many Iu's are in a single 1mg kit? I;m not really sure how that breaks down or how long each will last me? I know 14 weeks is a pretty common duration for a cycle but is it a good one for me?
Do I need longer or shorter? I've been training for four years. My metabolism is shit, I can bulk up very easily, but leaning out or dropping any kind of weight for that matter is very difficult. I would be heavier this cycle but I'm trying to eat very lean and carefully because losing the post cycle fat excess is so hard for me. Does HGH sound like a good option for me and if so, does 4iu per day sound about right?
