Is feeling like shit supposed to be normal??

I'm in week 6 of a 500mg/wk test and 35mg/ed dbol(I started dbol in week 3 and running it for 4). My problem is that for the past week my appetite and energy have disappeared and not just a little bit but completely. I'm so not hungry that I feel half sick almost all day and the thought of food almost makes me throw up. As far as the energy is concerned,I can make it through a workout,but that uses every last bit of energy I have. I don't think it's my diet since I consume 5000+cals/ed consisting of steak, eggs, ANPB, milk, almonds, fruit, WW pasta, high fiber cereals and WW bread(350prot. 350carbs and lots of fats). I've been very pleased with the cycle so far(176 to 202 w/ about a 2% increase in bf) and would hate to get off, but I feel horrible. I've ordered inj. b-12 for appetite. Any suggestions before my cycle starts to be affected.
 
what are you taking for anti e?? i was feeling really drug out myself. come to find out i was suppressing too much estrogen with 4 sprays of AIFM a day. bumped it down to 1 and now my energy is coming back ever so slightly. it's been about 3-4 days now though.
 
Take a week off from training. Go for a walk, golf, sluts, football game, you get the picture. After that week off, you will be ready to go again. But, if you keep forcing yourself, that is where injuries come in. So, take a week off now, or 3 months later.
 
My guess would be your diet. You are consuming a whopping 44% of your calories from fat sources. Fat will slow your system down and make you very lethargic. Don't get me wrong, you need some fats but that % is way too high. Right now you're at 44% fat, 28% carbs, 28% protein. Try to at least get those numbers somewhere in the neighborhood of 40%carbs, 30% protein, 30% fats.

To much is not good too little is worse.
 
Like I said. It's his diet. Unless he's on a ketotonic diet, which he obviously isn't, 44% fats is just way too high!

The problem is that the only way I can get enough cals is by consuming things with high fats such as nuts and steak. If I don't I won't gain any weight and my appetite is way to low to get the cals my body needs on things like rice and chicken. As you can see it is somewhat of a catch 22, either don't eat the fats and don't gain or cut them out and mantain weight.I have an extremely high metabolism with no appetite to go with it. Like I said though my bf has not increased more than about 2% since beginning of cycle, so gains have been pretty lean.

I'm using AIFM at 2 pumps/day. Yesterday I used three because my on nip started to feel a little sore, but it has been a little sore for about a week, but it's not getting any worse so I'm not worried about it.

Normally that's what I'd do, but my gains are so good (body and weight wise) I can't justify taking a break already.

What would be the problem with that? Are you saying that my body is not used to this wieght and it is being strained.
 
yeah, 4 pounds a week is what your averaging. thats alot of weight and real fast. could be the cause of your discomfort.
 
Yeah bro, I felt kinda similar in about week 6-10 of my Test E/Deca 12-weeker. I'm in PCT now and feeling great. Your natural test is shut down now and your body mass has just increased by, what, over 10%? That's a large percentage. Your vascular system is still under construction trying to catch up with all that new beef under the hood. Take it easy, don't worry about waisting gear, you need to just take it easy.

Hear ya on the foods, but I bet if you take it easy there also you'll be okay. Your organs need a break bro, eat lots of vegetables. Hell, why not switch to a cutting phase now? You're almost half-way through (I would guess), you've put on a ton of mass, if you start cutting you'll probably feel better because your body won't be blasted with all that shit to digest everyday. Good luck bro!

I figured that my body was just being stressed due to the amount of weight that I've been putting on. This is my first cycle but have been training natty for about 4.5yrs and am not used to increasing size like this and not to mention all the extra cals. I was thinking of going for 12 but I might stop at 10. I saw your pics a few weeks ago and congrats, very impressive.

Thanks for the compliment (and the K) dawg. Yeah, think about it you've put on a slug of weight. It's not like fat weight either. I would imagine muscle weight puts a much larger demand on your body's resources just because of the cardio/vascular demand and density of the tissue. Of course muscle is better than fat, I'm just saying in terms of your body havint to adapt.

Thanks for the compliment, man! It's cool to come on a board surrounded by peak performers and be congratulated on my progress. I'm occasionally amazed at what I see in the mirror, but unfortunately I am my own worst critic in a really bad way. The thing I'm not critical about is how fucking good I am in bed on this shit! I was a sex-fiend before, but this cycle has turned me into a total hound. My gf is absolutely thrilled, to say the least.

Lunch with her today was awesome, but it was the dessert back at my place that left a lasting impression. I'll quit bragging now. Take it easy bro, this shit's supposed to be fun!
