Is exemestane more effective than letrozole- (liquid)

I've read that letro. is a bit more effective than arimidex, but is exemestane the best of the 3? not considering cost?

Does exemestane reduce prolactin conversion?

Letro is more effective at getting estrogen levels down, but there are other factors that make Aromasin the better choice for me.

Femara (Letrzoloe) is better than Arimidex, no doubt.
Aromasin is better cause it won't fuck your HDL and LDL,
some say they do however respond better to Letrozole than
they do to Aromasin, I would try Aromasin myself soon.

Femara is slightly stronger than Aromasin in my experience but Aromasin won't mess with HDL/LDL levels, like junk said.

Overall if money is not a factor i'd probably go wtih Aromasin.
