is EQ enough or something else?

what do you think would be best for anti-catabolic purpose only.

I will have to take a trip for 2 weeks where I will not be able to workout (not a big deal) but most important my diet will be none existence. I will be eating 2 or 3 if lucky, meals a day of food which will not be bodybuilding friendly.

anyway what gear would you think would be best for anti-catabolic need ONLY, i'm not doing a cycle and not looking to gain muscle. here is what i'm thinking- EQ 200mg a week and will take last shot on the day I leave for the trip which with the long ester it should stay in my system long enough.
or winny at 15-25mg a day just for 2 weeks.

if I use the Eq I will start using it 3 weeks before I leave so it kicks in by the time I leave.

or test at 250mg of enthanate or cyp, just like the EQ I will start to use it 3 weeks before the trip and take my last shot on the day I leave.

now the down fall of winny is I have to take gear with me which I will be traveling to the Bahamas.

so what do you think would be the best for my purpose on trying to keep the most muscle with out diet and exercise?
 
No Good--------EQ needs to be ran at a min 300-400 wk a minimum of 10 weeks-EQ also will increase appetite.

don't forget I'm not looking to put on muscle just anti-catabolic

think about it like someone who is a burn victim or for an other reasone to perscibe anabolic for wasting purposes like aids the doses are very low like 10-15 mg of var a day

Listen to RADAR ... he knows what he is talking about.
You wouldn't want to increase your appetite (on your vacation because of the less meals eaten) ... too low of dosage to facilitate a "anti-catabolic state"

yeah i ran eq a 400mg EW last time and i was dissapointed

im on it now but i doubled the dose to 800mg
 
so the dose should be higher just for anti-catabolic?
about the appetite, eq doesn't make me hungry like it does to some, and I know mine was legit.
what about other gear any suggestion? no deca because the shut down is way to hard and maybe I was thinking 10mg of d-balls in the morning with proviron do you think that would be enough?
 
D-bol is not a bad Idea....Var is a good one too....but I'd go with fina. Not only will you retain your gains but you may come back leaner.
 
Anyone else like to use 400mgs of EQ ew with 500mg's of test Ent ew? I eat like a madman and get strong ass hell. Start breaking out like a 15 year old too! LOL

fina would be a bad idea because for one it would have to be ed or eod injections, and I don't want to bring anything with me, but maybe some tabs, and also fina shuts you down way to hard, on the other hand var isn't a bad idea
 
How about just trying to eat the best you can. A short break from working out once or twice a yr. is good. Save your gear for a good cycle when your home. You should be ok.

If your a pro then just ignore this.

the problem is not not being able to workout, for 2 weeks big deal!

my diet is the problem I will not be able to eat shit!

my diet there will be- in the morning a muffine or a bowl of cereal like cookie crispy or some junk. at lunch if i'm lucky I could have a sandwitch with white bread. which in most cases lunch will be a bag of chips.

dinner- well still sucks maybe a hotdog or a burger. I eat about 3500 calories of good clean food year round 4000 when bulking for two weeks I will get maybe 1500-2000 calories of pure junk food.

Is the area your going that poor? For sure theres some decent eating in that area, If you can't train & eat no sense doing any gear.

i think 10 mg b dol in the morning would be a good anticatabolic also is there any reason that your diet will be so bad i mean theres got to be more to eAT then chips and cereal anavar is also a good anticatabolic
 
well it's not a poor area, but i'm staying with a friend who is a slob and has never trained or eat anything healthy. I will be spending most of my day's on a boat which food is very limited besides junk food my buddy eats.

also I don't have enough money to eat at fancy or decent places every night even if I did that's still like one okay meal a day.

last year I went on the same trip and came back flat, soft, with a slight gut, and lost about 10 pounds of muscle.

it looks like most of you will think a low dose of oral like d-ball, var, or winny is a wise choise?

so you guy's think eq is a bad idea? what I like about it is that I shoot and leave and not worry about pills with me or when to take them

any other suggestions?

your right about not doing gear, but don't forget I'm not really doing a cycle i'm looking for an anti-catabolic so I can keep some of my hard eared gains that's why i'm only using 3 weeks and very low dose
 
hey test monkey why not pack some food bring some protein bars or something why is food limited to junk can you go food shopping before going on the boat just wondering.if you are really worried about lossing gains you should try to attempt to eat at least ok , what kind of boat trip you going on if you dont mind me asking you going fishing or is it a party boat i take lots of trips over the summer and sometimes they are simmilar trips to what you are describing but i will always make en effort to eat good iven when the situation is rough godd luck whith whatever you choose
 
Bring a huge box of oatmeal and 250 eggs and a tub of protein powder. $57 total.

jk about the price but that`s what I would do... and tell your friend he could eat whatever HE wants.
 
Yeah,

Just buy a few pounds of concentrated protein powder in a backpack and mix it with water, or bring some skim milk powder and mix it with that.

Or, take a can opener and 30 cans of tuna (approx 2 per day).

Take some energy bars.

There a lots of ways to bring food with you to last close to two weeks. You just have to plan ahead.

Oh yeah, and the D-bol would help too, ha ha.
 
Seriously I started packing food with me every where, Pro Bars because my diet was turning to crap between school and work.Its worth a little weight. and a carry on bag.
 
thank you all for the replies, I'm going to try to bring some food with me like some of you mention, like cans of tuna, I will have to find out if I can bring oatmeal becuase of customs (I know your not can't travel with grains) it will be funny if I arrive with a suitcase full of tuna and oatmeal lol..

if I decied to use gear I guess i'm going to go with d-ball 10mg in the morning or winny 15 mg in the morning
