Zombie, this is a subject up for debate. Many have stated that taking clomid after a two weeker works to further saturate the HTPA, and other say it is necessary.The evidence seems to me that if the putitary has not been put to sleep then the use of clomid could cause some inhibition. As I am not educated on the exact science of it I would reccommend contacting Nelson,Real, or Huck. There has also been some discussion of this topic on many other boards with some interesting replys, hopefully we will get some good answers on this topic

Another factor would be what you mean by a 2 week cycle. What AS you used? If you took a sus shot in the 2nd week, etc..

Taking clomid after would not hurt.

couldn't hurt, I would take 50mg a day for a week after the cycle depending on what you take and how much
