Is cardio really a waste when on?.....

I don't think so. I agree that you don't have to do 45 min 3x a
week, but I feel that 25 minutes 2 to 3 times a weeks is fine. I
hear so many guys that think cardio is a waste of time while on
aas. It don't make sense to me. I think their paranoid about losing muscle or something. You have to realize, were shoving like
3000 to 5000 calories a day in our bodies while on (bulking anyways) why would cardio be a waste? I think it will keep you from getting fat and keep your heart where it needs to be.

I do 20 min 3 times a week in the offseason. Cardio is good for you, keeps your blood flowing and you actually recover a little faster.
 
I at least do 20-30 minutes 3x/week. It's hard a hell with my lower back tightening up and my shins hurting but I just push through cause if I don't then I get sluggish as hell all the time.
 
Or you can look at it from a logical perspective...How is 20-30 minutes of cardio bennificial? Most people don't consider walking through the grocery store for 20 minutes excersise, and it's not. I would agree that two 30 minute cardio sessions per week isn't going to be catabolic unless you're running, but then again, where is the bennifit?
