Props on the diet as well, those are some nice numbers!
My cycle consisted of 70mg test prop eod and 150mg eq eod (about 450mg ew) mixed in one shot to dull the prop pain. I also ran liquidex at .5 mg ed with no water retention (.25mg ed didn't work).
I increased and decreased the prop and eq through out trying to figure out the "sweet spot" but that was basically my cycle.
When the cycle is complete I will have ran the Eq weeks 1-7 and Test Prop weeks 2-9. I basically used the prop as hormone replacement since I don't like the sides associated with high test levels.
My diet rocks right now, 6 meals of solid food daily, no carbs meals 5 and 6.
Totals Carbs= 240g Protein= 170g Fats= 50g
I am also taking in about 15-20g of BCAA's in between meals and before morning cardio.
Cardio is done 4x week on empty stomach (am) and training is 1 day on 1 day off. Chest/back Tris/Bi's Shoulders/traps quads/hams/calves
Abs are done every 4 days.
Overall I am very happy with the results before cycle, and test/eq only further leaned me out and created a better physical appearance.
