I may have an opportunity to transfer to Kennewick. I was wondering what the town is like. It sounds like a peaceful small town. I'm currently living in a not so peaceful small town with few jobs. What is the job market like? I'd like to live somewhere that has job opportunities in case I leave my current company.

Haha, I lived in Kennewick lol, got a summer job with the Washington dept of wildlife in Richland and got an apt in Kennewick.
They call it the dry shitties instead of tricities back then. Been through there many times, yknow, youd prolly really like it there, good people, good place to start a family since its gotten really big and built up. Richland has the hanford nuclear plant and lots of fishing and outdoors stuff to go do

I'm a couple hours away, my mother lives in Kennewick. Most people would like it, not too small of a town, not too large. Plenty of shopping and shit around without the hassles of big city traffic.
