there's always time for juice. Pay your gym dues and be patient. Its not an overnight process. If there is even a remote possibility of your growth being stunted would it be worth bigger arms?

No it wouldn’t be worth it, which is why I am checking I am pretty sure my growth has finished anyway, im over 18 now, taller than my brother and father so I don’t think I have much growing left to do.

One more thing, is the closing of the plates something that can happen or is it something that definitely happens? – think I am making sense here!!!!!

Growth plates aside. How much time in the gym do you have at age 18 and what are your stats? NOT trying to be a smartass man. But you're talking about stacking and the like - to me you may be getting ahead of yourself. LOTS to be gained from eating and training BIG man. With no possible health or legal ramifications....just something to think about it
