Is Anavar safe for women over 30yrl

My girl is 32 and she looking to do a cutting cycle with Anavar 10, what is the optimum dosage for a female over 30 and for how many weeks can she take it? some guys I know that do juices told me 30 mg per day for a due. So half that for a chick? I wanted more opinions from you bros.

A woman should only use 10mg maximum with anavar. I actually don't recommend using any steroids for females unless they are competing. They can cut much easier with diet and training/cardio or even adding SARMS/PPAR.

30mg/day is an absurd dose for a first anavar cycle for a female. 5-10mg is plenty.
