my sever cant locate them anyone know what happend bodybuildingextreme would be my next stop but forget it everytime i go there i have to register all over again(even with same screen name) ive posted there alot of times and still when i log in/reregister i stand at one post

Bodybuiding Extreme had some problems and changed servers. Its working fine for me now.
Don't know about Bolex though haven't been there in a while. I know a month or so ago Admin was threatening to shut it down.
It used to be a great board, and still has some good info if you can filter through all the porn posts. Can't get the kind of help you can get here though.
Oh yeah, e-mail Spot Me and he will fix your post count. That was one of the problems when the changes were made, a lot of posts were lost.

I wonder over here when bolex is down from time to time. A fine board itself but I just like the (anything goes) and porn at bolex and I don't have to pay (I do buy the triple threat 3/60 protein here). For good straight anwers both boards have em, over there they just get repeated a bit less, did someone say porn? naked ladies?

I personally enjoy the lack of CONSTRAINTS there and its good to know if I am having a problem other than with my steroids or training that I can get some good advice from my peers. Plus over there I dont have to go from one room to the next as to make sure that I dont post something in the wrong place, I guess I am just lazy like that.... And if every other thread is not of interest to me, then I simply skip em. I personally do not understand how some guys here have 10,000 posts, especially with such limited topics.... I mean how many times can you enjoy repeating the same old things over and over? and personally I would get bored with talking about ONLY steroids and training by the time I reached my 100th post, let alone 10 thousandth. In any case I am not putting you or any other boards down, but Bolex in my opinion is better with all the "off topic" stuff as opposed to being worse because of them. And also I think the off topic things keep the more knowledgable guys around and they always seem to help me out when I need it! But to each his own!
