Sorry this my first post but i've been reading this forum for over a year now and I love it. I'm just wondering if Amp02 is all hype. This is my third day on it (borrowed a weeks supply from a friend who got the stack), and it has done nothing for me at the recommended dosage (10 caps 30 minutes prior to workout). Do you think some people just don't benefit from it or is the product not all it's hyped up to be? I'm not bashing the supplement by any means, I know some people's bodies don't respond to some supplements. It just seems everyone with a supposed journal/log of the effects makes it a few days then never posts again. I was so excited to try this too. Please give your opinions and results... good or bad, because i'm debating getting the ultra stack, maybe the combined supps will be effective for me. Thank you.
