is ALA dead?

i dont see as many ALA posts as there used to be. was it too much money for the results ALA gives? i can buy a test cycle for the same price i would spend on ALA
 
not dead at all....ALA is gret stuff.

BTW, there's posts everywhere about ALA.......usualy the R-ALA though, but I'm sticking with the regular racemic ALA.
 
ALA is great

ALA is not dead, just not as many posts recently cause we all kinda killed the topic. I have been taking 500mg with every meal, 1000mg pre-workout, 500mg right before the end of my workout, and 500mg before bed with 15g of glutamine.

I could say the same about what I spend on protein powder.
r-ALA is going to benefit you in ways test or any other AS can't. And you probably don't want to use test every week of your life but r-ALA will be something you will want to use every week. The number of benefits you get from r-ALA far outweigh the cost of it, especially in comparison to test.
Don't get me wrong, I DO use test every week of every year but r-ALA does so much more than any other substance I know of that I will use it every day as well.
 
thanks guys i'll get some then. whats the purpose of taking a massive amount before your workout? i can see taking that with your post workout meal but before???

You're missing the point bro. The point was that comparing test to r-ALA is comparing apples to oranges. They do different things but both are advantageous to a weight training body builder but that doesn't mean they do the same things.

Try r-ALA BEFORE a workout with a carb up drink. Your pumps will be incredible and you will see vascularity changes happen before your eyes.

Do a search for R-ALA instead of ALA. You'll find plenty to read...
