I think he has only done a couple cycles. i don't recall. I know he did Eq a while back. Casavant had 20" arms before he ever did a cycle.

Hey Fonzie.......I was a top level competitor for 6+ years........If I wanted to look like AAP, I would just need to tone down the workouts and supplementation........but thanks for your input. :) In the 270's and 9% is hardly holding a lot of water......but I'll give you an inch (lord knows you'll try to take a mile) if I dropped another 11-17 lbs......I'd be dialed in at 6-7%, but since I don't compete anymore, and I like to eat.......I think I'll stay right here. :)
